The house was designed to maximize the breathtaking sea views and optimize natural light. Large windows and open terraces were incorporated, seamlessly integrating with the challenging topography of the terrain, creating a space that blends functionality and design.

Regarding stakeholder management, we facilitated dialogue between the owner and neighboring property owners, reaching agreements that prevented complications and allowed the project to move forward smoothly. This diplomatic approach not only preserved neighborly relations but also ensured uninterrupted progress.
