Management of a Large-Scale, High-Level, and High-Complexity Structural Project, Concluded with Total Client Satisfaction

Project Responsibilities and Challenges

Due to the magnitude of the project, it was necessary to manage a special license for the unification of multiple plots, adding an additional layer of complexity to the execution. This challenge required meticulous planning and effective coordination with local authorities to ensure compliance with legal and urban planning requirements, allowing the project to progress smoothly.

One of the primary challenges was an incorrect structural calculation, which required the reinforcement of a significant number of columns and substantial adjustments to the plans, as well as space distribution changes. Another key challenge was maintaining the original timeline, budget, and scope, despite the architect being replaced three times during various stages of the project. However, thanks to effective risk management, a rigorous work methodology, and the continuous motivation of the teams, we successfully completed the project, meeting and even exceeding the owners' expectations.

Additionally, we managed the processing and approval of the first government grant in Mallorca for the installation of photovoltaic panels in a private property, marking a milestone in the implementation of renewable energy in luxury residential projects.

Given the importance of this home to its owners, several exclusive features were incorporated into its 1,000 m² to reflect their vision and lifestyle. Among the standout elements is a stunning 6-meter waterfall located at the main entrance, flowing into a reflective water mirror, creating a unique visual impact and an unparalleled welcoming atmosphere. The design also includes strategically placed skylights to naturally illuminate the basement wine cellar. This architectural solution combines aesthetics and functionality, adding exceptional value to the property and enhancing its exclusive character.
