To tackle these challenges, we implemented a strategic approach, working in parallel to resolve critical issues. This allowed us to deliver the home within the originally agreed timeline and without exceeding the contracted budget. We achieved this through efficient workflow reorganization, the implementation of an overlapping methodology to optimize processes, and the revitalization of the team, significantly boosting productivity. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive communication plan based on transparency and integrity, which was key to restoring client trust. This strong relationship not only ensured their complete satisfaction but also laid the foundation for future successful collaborations.

This home was designed for a family with high standards and a strong emphasis on privacy. From the outset, the implementation and management of a clear and consistent communication plan were essential in building a solid relationship with the clients. One of the project's greatest achievements was quickly establishing the trust needed to make strategic decisions in an initially complex context. Thanks to this trust, we were granted full authority to redirect the project, which was crucial for ensuring its successful completion.
